Ep. 01: the Plimsoll Podcast
Julie Davies O’Shea and Dan Keppen in conversation about what it means to modernize irrigation infrastructure and why it‘s vital that this work happens now.
Julie O’Shea speaks with guest Dan Keppen, a civil engineer whose career has spanned a wide range of roles in design and administration of large-scale water management and policy organizations including the Klamath Water Association, the Bureau of Reclamation, and the Family Farm Alliance. He has been a lifelong advocate for responsible policies that support agricultural producers and the environment in the West.
